Hotel Mondragon is no ordinary hotel. Rather, director Janzen speaks of a 'city hotel'. The history of the building alone is unique. In the 16th century, the Spanish general Cristóbal de Mondragon stayed here and his name has been linked to Zierikzee ever since. At Mondragon you can enjoy 'old fashioned' hospitality and count on classic personal courtesy. The 38 hotel rooms and 3 suites are extremely luxurious and furnished with an eye for detail. Various themes from the 17th and 18th centuries have been creatively and stylishly implemented in the interior and hotel concept.
