Nilson Beds builds 'brand experience store' in Amersfoort.

Nilson Beds proves that nothing beats artisanal craftsmanship and pure home-grown craftsmanship. Fifteen years after it was founded, the Barneveld-based company is still growing and is ready for the next step: the construction of its own brand experience store.

The new showroom will be located in Amersfoort-Vathorst, where the head office will also be housed. Interior designers Marcel Wolterinck and Remy Meijers were responsible for the exterior and interior of the new building. More and more companies and individuals are discovering the ultimate sleeping comfort of our beds,' say founders Rijndert and Marleen Fluit enthusiastically. Our activities are increasing and therefore we need more space. As a specialist in custom-made beds we are going to build a 'custom-made' building that completely fulfills our wishes.

Experience and personal advice
For Nilson, brand experience means first and foremost discovering and experiencing sleep comfort. 'As a brand, we also want to inspire,' explains Rijndert. 'Nilson stands for quality and top design and we also want to convey that feeling when people pick out a bed.'
'In our new showroom we can give personalized sleep advice, even better than we can now. Special screened rooms ensure privacy. Together with our advisors, people can try out beds in peace and quiet to feel which one suits them best.'

Top design
In our new building, the presentation of the beds is even better. The design of our box spring beds and headboards is fairly timeless. With beautiful bedroom furniture, bed linen, pillows and bedspreads you can respond to trends. Lighting and accessories also create the right atmosphere,' Marleen explains.
Nilson has been working with leading designers such as Marcel Wolterinck and Remy Meijers for years. They have designed part of the collection and place Nilson beds in their interior projects. That is also the reason why these top designers have contributed to the design of the new premises.

Inspiring stylistic rooms
Nilson Beds does a lot of work for interior designers and interior design professionals in the Netherlands and abroad. At the new premises, these clients will have the opportunity to present a surprising new bed design in one of the style rooms, which will be fully furnished with matching floors, curtains and styling. Every six months, Nilson presents a new collection and ambience in the stylistic rooms to inspire and surprise customers.
